Willow Birth Mission

Willow Birth strives to shift the focus away from competition, in order to create a spirit of collaboration, support and cooperation in the birth support professions, so that we can all better serve our community.

Members in the Willow Birth Network believe Birth and Motherhood is sacred that all moms and babies are unique and valuable, and deserve the best birth experience possible.

We are committed to providing quality care to all members of our community.  As such, providers offer services on a sliding scale, accept insurance when applicable, develop scholarship programs, and offer payment plans or bartering when appropriate.

The Willow Birth Network would like to include all providers of services to the pregnant woman and new mothers, including physicians, naturopaths, midwives, doulas, massage therapists, acupuncturists, lactation consultants, childbirth educators, and childcare providers.

Our vision is to serve our the women, babies and families in our community, We do this by coordinating volunteer efforts through established services and helping families connect with available community resources.  We also participate in fundraising events, as well as clothing and food drives.

Our dream is to establish a Pregnancy Resource and Support Center providing childbirth education, nutrition counseling, doulas and midwives, and eventually a freestanding birth center.  We hope to establish a foundation, to support the Center, and fairly compensate doulas, and other providers, for their expertise and time serving the community.

Please contact us if you are interested in participating!

We believe that every woman deserves a Doula, and work hard to both provide affordable service while allowing our

Doulas to support themselves in their craft.
